Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to walking habit development coaching packages and digital products purchased from Versatilityghexc through versatilityghexc.world.

Digital Products and Coaching Packages

Our coaching packages include digital resources such as worksheets, audio sessions, and scheduled coaching calls. Because digital content is delivered electronically, standard return policies for physical goods do not apply in the same way.

Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within fourteen days of the contract date without giving a reason, provided that coaching services have not yet commenced and digital content has not been accessed or downloaded.

When Returns Are Accepted

We may offer a refund under the following circumstances:

• You cancel within the cooling-off period before accessing any digital content or attending any coaching session
• A technical issue prevents you from accessing purchased materials and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
• You were charged in error or charged twice for the same product

When Returns Are Not Available

Refunds are generally not available when:

• Digital content has been downloaded or streamed
• One or more coaching sessions have been completed
• The cooling-off period has expired and services have been partially delivered

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us within the applicable timeframe at contact@versatilityghexc.world with your name, order details, and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within five business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Coaching Session Cancellations

Scheduled coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four hours notice may not be eligible for rescheduling, at our discretion.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
